Your time is valuable. You deserve
answers fast when planning your next event. We developed a reservation request
system, which allows you to provide us the essential information we need to
rapidly assist you with your event. When you fill out and submit the reservation
request page on the website, it is sent to our Customer Service Associate who
replies, via e-mail, with a copy of the contract for your review. This is
followed by a confirmation call within 24 hours to finalize event details. We
get accurate information from you and you get a solid answer within 24 hours.
Your e-mail serves as the confirmation. Once the reservation is confirmed, all
you do is show the driver where you want it, sign the contract and pay by cash
or check. In 30 minutes, we will have your moon-bounce set-up and sanitized.

2. Impressive Equipment
We scour the industry to amass the
most impressive, visually appealing and desirable equipment available. We know
your party is not only important to your child, but the bouncer reflects the
discriminating image you are striving for. Pictures taken at the party by you
and your guests, reflect the attention to quality you took that will last a
lifetime. On the average, our units cost about 3 times more than those
boring/substandard units provided by our competitors. Why pay more to rent a
Ford Pinto when you can rent a Mercedes for less? Our units are made of higher
quality material, are engineered better and last longer under heavy use. One

3. Attention to Public Health and Safety
We pride ourselves in the
cleanliness of our units. We clean every unit just prior to your use so you
know it has been cleaned. Others claim they clean their units at the end of
each party or mid week, but how do you really know if they did or not? Aside
from the detail work we do during the middle of the week on some units, we clean
the unit with SimpleGreen, a non-bonding, vinyl cleaner and treatment with
butoxyethanol which also acts as a residual disinfectant that stays on the vinyl
to protect your kids and guests. Units are inspected before and after each use
to be sure they are safe.

4. No Time Constraint Hassles
Most bounce companies try to
hustle out their units to more than one customer on a Saturday to rake in more
profits by restricting rentals to 2 to 4 hours. We believe you do not need to
be subjected to their agenda. Your kids want to test out the bouncer before
their friends arrive a few hours before the party and late-arriving guests need
time in the unit as well. That is why we prefer to come early and set up and
leave it later to accommodate late arrivals. We rent by the event, not by the
hour so you get the bouncer all day and into the evening if you want, for the
price you see here on the web.

5. No Mushy Mattresses
The last thing you want is a mushy
mattress or unstable bouncer. Industry standard blowers used by our
competitors, deliver only 1 horsepower or about 700CFM. We have upgraded our
blower inventory to 1.5 HP motors (and above), that deliver 1150CFM to provide a
firm mattress for maximum spring and safety! They deliver 9.0in of static
pressure to keep the unit firm and stable. These new blowers are easier on your
house current operating at 7.9amps.

6. Value and Price
How much does fun cost? Consider the options
when wondering what to do for your child’s next birthday or special event.
Going to an amusement park for a family of 5 to include travel and tickets, not
to mention the time to get there and no guests to interact with, runs about
$475. Going to an entertainment-based pizza party house or warehouse bounce
facility, costs about $300-400 when you bring all the guests, pay for pizza,
shell out several bills for tolkens and then there’s the trip to the audiologist
for testing because you’ve been exposed to deafening noises for prolonged
periods. Why not have the family and friends over to your house for an event
that YOU can control, where the kids are entertained by the bouncer all day and
adults can visit and take turns watching the kids have fun. Most of our clients
keep their units for 8 to 12 hours. Renting from one of those “charge by the

Yes, you read it right. The 5th
bouncer we bring you (standard 15x15) is FREE (excluding travel where
applicable). No one else does this because it affects their bottom line. We look
at it as our Customer Keeper Initiative. In 2007 we provided over 47 free
moonbounce parties to happy return customers. 70-80% of our business is from
return customers. Consider this – you rent a 15x15 for $175ea for 4 rentals. The
fifth time is free so subtract the savings across the four units you paid for
($44 ea) which makes your rental price not $175 but $131! Try finding a
comparable bouncer for $131 for all day. We also give you the option of taking
the $175 off the price of a larger combo unit, so a $400 mega-bouncer becomes
$225!

8. Trained, Experienced Staff
No one is as dedicated to your satisfaction, than
our “family.” Our business is family owned and operated. Our drivers undergo a
rigorous training course and OJT, to make sure your bouncer is safe and secure.
They are trained using liability insurance company-endorsed material from the
Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization (SIOTO). More than a background
check, if our family doesn’t endorse them, they don’t work for us.
