TRAVEL FEE We charge an additional travel fee for distances beyond 20
miles from our storage facility in Fairfax, VA. Call our Event Planner at 1-866-GoJumps (465-8677) for a quote on a travel fee to your
event location. Sorry, we no longer serve Washington DC.
DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, & CANCELLATION A $50 deposit is required in order to reserve your moon bounce. Deposits can be paid by money order, check, or credit card. In case of cancellation, the full deposit will be refunded as long as cancellation occurs before 7 a.m. on the date of your event. The remaining balance can by paid by cash or check when the driver arrives to set up your moon bounce. If you would like to pay the remaining balance by credit card, please call our office at: 1-866-GoJumps (465-8677). THERE WILL BE A $50 FEE FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS & DENIED CREDIT CARD CHARGES
